What we do
- NITI Financial Solutions is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for PSU banks like Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India.
- We are not a lender. We do not sanction, disburse or guarantee loans.
- We compare available bank schemes, assist with documentation, and submit your application to the bank you choose.
Fees
- Our facilitation service is free for the customer.
- You pay only the bank's own charges, such as processing fees, valuation or legal fees, directly to the bank.
- We will never ask you to pay any amount into a personal account in exchange for a loan approval.
Rates and information on this website
- Interest rates, loan limits, EMIs and savings figures shown are indicative and based on published bank schemes at the time of writing.
- Actual rates and eligibility are determined solely by the bank after assessing your credit profile.
- Calculator results are estimates for planning purposes and are not an offer of credit.
Your obligations
- You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, complete and belong to you.
- You authorise us to share your application information with the partner bank of your choice.
- You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, including misrepresentation of income or identity.
Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for a bank's decision to reject, delay or revise a loan application, or for changes in interest rates.
- Our liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the fees you have paid us — which for facilitation is nil.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.
Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
